Why it matters
Most companies do one or the other. Hire a designer who can't build and you get a beautiful drawing and an argument on site — their vision on one side, what's actually possible on the other, and you in the middle. We draw it and build it ourselves, so the garden you're shown is the garden you get.
We're often called in to put right what another firm got wrong: paving lifted because the groundwork beneath it failed, a job left half-finished when the builder went under, a design that had to be replanned before a spade touched the soil. None of it needed to happen. Getting it right the first time always costs less than doing it twice.

Barnes
A 1950s extension had eaten the garden and blocked the light. We took it down and built a sheltered, tropical-planted garden in its place.
Wimbledon
Newly laid, already leaking over a basement. We lifted it, tanked and rebuilt the sub-base, and relaid it in reclaimed Yorkstone — done once, done right.
Aftercare
We don't disappear when the build is finished. We maintain the gardens we create, season after season, so the investment holds and the garden only improves with age.
